Terms of Service

The terms for using Clawdbot Mobile and its connected account, AI, and card services.

Effective October 9, 2026 · com.clawdbot.mobile

Using Clawdbot

These terms apply to Clawdbot Mobile, Android package com.clawdbot.mobile, and the connected Clawdbot services at clawdbot.party and clawdcompute.us. “Publisher” means the Clawdbot publisher identified in the app’s Solana dApp Store listing. These terms also serve as the end user license agreement (EULA) for the Clawdbot app. By using these services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, stop using the connected services. The app EULA is between you and the Publisher. Solana Mobile and its related parties are not parties to it and have no responsibility for Clawdbot support, maintenance, or performance.

You must be at least 18 and legally able to use the relevant account, AI, wallet, or payment feature where you live. A provider may impose additional eligibility rules. You are responsible for providing accurate information and using an account, device, wallet, and payment method you own or are authorized to use.

Software license

The Publisher permits you to install and use the Clawdbot app on devices you own or control, subject to these terms and any license that applies to the relevant software. This permission to use the hosted service does not transfer ownership of the service, brand, or third-party materials to you.

The supplied Clawdbot Mobile foundation includes an Apache License 2.0 source license. Applicable open-source licenses and notices govern those components, including their copying, modification, and distribution rights. These service terms do not remove rights granted by an applicable open-source license. Dependencies may have separate licenses. Solana, wallet, AI, and Store names belong to their respective owners; use of their services does not imply their endorsement of Clawdbot.

Your connections and approvals

Pairing a Mac allows that phone to access the paired Mac’s bots and send the actions exposed by its companion interface. Protect the private pairing invitation and revoke a device in the Mac’s Phone settings when its access is no longer needed. The Mac’s own configuration controls what its bots and tools can do.

Cloud account access requires approval of the app’s device code and remains subject to account eligibility and session expiration. Wallet connection is a separate authorization in an installed wallet. The mobile wallet screen in this release displays an address and reads a balance; it does not request transaction signing or move funds.

Review each approval request before accepting it. Approving one displayed request is not permission for every later action. An account login, wallet connection, opened browser page, or dismissed tab is not proof of a completed payment or transaction. The mobile companion does not provide an “always allow” tool approval option.

Cards, purchases, and provider charges

AgentCard enrollment, authentication, and payment approvals are handled by the provider’s hosted Vault flow. The service prepares a purchase for the reviewed merchant, exact cart, delivery details, and total. Approve only when those details match your intent. A later cart or total change requires its corresponding approval. Merchant order acceptance and payment settlement are separate from your approval.

You are responsible for charges you authorize and for provider, subscription, network, or merchant fees shown in the applicable flow. Connecting an app or viewing data does not itself authorize a purchase. Third-party prices, terms, refunds, cancellations, and disputes are governed by the relevant merchant or provider. If a purchase is pending or its outcome is uncertain, reconcile its status before trying again. Contact the merchant or card provider for a disputed charge and the Clawdbot publisher for app or integration help.

Your content and AI responses

You retain the rights you have in content you submit. You give the Publisher and the providers needed for your chosen feature permission to process that content to deliver the requested service, maintain relevant history, and support or protect the service, as described in the Privacy Policy. Submit only content you are entitled to share.

AI responses can be incomplete, incorrect, or out of date. Public launch feeds and blockchain reads can also be delayed or unavailable. Evaluate information before relying on it. Clawdbot does not guarantee a token’s value, liquidity, safety, future performance, or a merchant’s fulfillment. Its responses and token information are not personalized financial, legal, or medical advice.

Responsible use

Do not create, upload, request, or distribute unlawful or harmful content. This includes child exploitation; illegal drug or controlled-product transactions; hate or incitement; real-world violence, self-harm or dangerous challenges; harmful health misinformation; sexually explicit material or prostitution; intellectual-property infringement; election deception; and deceptive impersonation, affiliation claims or deepfakes. Do not facilitate unlicensed regulated financial or medical services, unlawful prescriptions, malicious code, security bypasses, unauthorized access, game cheating, interference with other apps’ advertising, abusive notifications, installation without consent, untrusted embedded web content, or service-terms violations. The content and activity restrictions in Solana Mobile’s Publisher Policy also apply to content and requests made through Clawdbot. Do not use another person’s account or wallet without authorization or automate an approval you are not authorized to give. Report concerns through the content-report instructions.

The Publisher may remove or restrict reported content and limit or suspend connected-service access to address abuse, security incidents, legal requirements, unpaid authorized charges, or a breach of these terms. Where practicable, the Publisher will explain the reason and available next steps. You can stop using the service and revoke connections at any time. Revocation does not cancel an already authorized purchase or erase records that must be retained.

Availability and third-party services

The cloud service depends on hosting and external providers. Your Mac companion depends on the Mac staying awake, the app staying open, and a working network. No feature is guaranteed to remain continuously available. Maintenance, outages, provider limits, network failures, device restrictions, and Store review can delay access or updates.

Third-party services have their own agreements and privacy policies, which apply when you use them. Your use of the Solana dApp Store is governed separately by Solana Mobile’s dApp Store Terms; its rules control the Store relationship, including any conflict concerning that relationship. Clawdbot’s decision not to add mandatory arbitration here does not remove a separate arbitration term that applies to your use of the Store. Clawdbot does not control your installed wallet, Solana validators, an AI provider, X, AgentCard, merchants, or the Solana dApp Store. Feature availability may change when their APIs, access rules, or services change.

Warranties and responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the software and hosted service are provided as available, without a promise that they will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose. You are responsible for protecting your devices and credentials, checking approvals, and making your own decisions about AI content, purchases, and blockchain information.

To the extent permitted by law, the Publisher is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss caused by unavailable service, inaccurate third-party or AI information, or actions of an independent provider. Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded, limits your mandatory consumer or privacy rights, or overrides an applicable open-source license’s terms.

Solana Mobile’s separate role

In this paragraph, “Solana Mobile Parties” means Solana Mobile Inc., its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, employees, agents, partners, suppliers, and licensors. They are not parties to this EULA and have no responsibility or liability for Clawdbot or an associated program. To the fullest extent permitted by law, they give no express, implied, or statutory warranties about Clawdbot, including title, non-infringement, merchantability, fitness for a purpose, accuracy, reliability, security, or uninterrupted operation, and are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or other damages connected with Clawdbot or any associated program, including lost assets, profits, use, or data. This paragraph does not remove liability or statutory rights that applicable law prevents excluding.

Changes, disputes, and contact

The Publisher may update these terms as features change. The effective date identifies the current version, and material changes will be described on this page or communicated through the service when required. If you do not accept updated terms, stop using the connected service and revoke its connections.

Contact the Publisher at clawdbot@mail.grokbot.com about these terms, a complaint, a privacy request, or an account deletion request. The support page explains what details to include. Your rights and available remedies under applicable law remain in place. These terms do not impose a mandatory arbitration agreement or select a jurisdiction that replaces your mandatory local rights.
